ESPANA SL-104 « Result #1 on Dec 19, 2009, 1:22pm »
Hi folks....while researching my Espana, I stumbled across your forum for Bjarton. Since I believe that this guitar is a Bjarton design built for export...I thought you may be interested in taking a look at it. Condition is a solid 8.5 showing finish cracking and a small bit of binding seperation at the soundhole and heel. The electric pickup and installation is interesting as is the shape of the instrument....throw back to the early days of bass production?
If you have information of the past ownership, production date, or build....please email. Thanks...

Omärkt Bjärton orkestergitarr på Tradera? « Result #3 on Dec 12, 2009, 1:13pm »
Hej!
We just bought a Fender Tarrega Classical Guitar model FT111, serial 50134. I'm trying to figure out if the serial numbers match up with the Bjarton list or not. It looks to me like Bjarton made it and sold it to Hegstrom then to Fender. Any ideas for us? The man we bought it from bought it new but can only remember it was in the 1960s. Thanks!
As far as I can tell, the numbers match, which would make your FT-111 (beautiful model btw) a spring of 1964 guitar. And I think you're absolutely right on with tracking the chain from Fender via Hagström back to Bjärton.

Bjärton Minor? « Result #9 on Oct 21, 2009, 5:26pm »
